1 - MIDNIGHT KISS COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
30ml vodka
Tonic
50ml cranberry juice
4 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
Ice
PREPARATION
Gently crush the basil leaves by clapping between your hands and place them in a tall glass
Pour in the vodka and cranberry juice, add ice and dilute with tonic water
Garnish with additional basil leaves
2 - ROYAL MINT COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
2 cl spearmint liqueur
3 cl of vodka
Pink champagne
PREPARATION
In a shaker, pour the spearmint liqueur and vodka, shake and pour into the flute. Top with chilled rosé champagne and serve immediately.

3 - THE PINK CALYPSO COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
2 cl lemon or lime juice
4 cl pineapple or orange juice
6 cl of champagne
1 dash of grenadine syrup
PREPARATION
Fill a shaker with ice cubes, shake and pour into the flute. Top with chilled champagne and serve immediately.

4 - BELLINI CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
1 peach(es) in light syrup
1 cl of peach cream
8 cl of champagne
PREPARATION
Place champagne glasses in the refrigerator. Mix the peaches in syrup with very little syrup, then sieve to obtain a fine purée. Pour 2 tablespoons of peach puree into a champagne glass, then add the peach cream. Top with champagne at the last moment.
5 - CHAMPENOISE SOUP COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
10 cl lime juice
10 cl of Cointreau
5 cl cane sugar syrup
1 bottle of Champagne, i.e. 75 cl
PREPARATION
In a salad bowl, mix the lemon juice, Cointreau and cane sugar syrup.
Leave to macerate overnight, 12 hours.
When ready to serve, finish by adding the chilled champagne and stir.
Serve the cocktail very chilled!

INGREDIENTS
400g unsweetened coconut milk
350ml white tequila*
235ml triple sec
120ml fresh lime juice
Crushed ice
PREPARATION
Combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish the glasses with a wedge of lime and dip them in the sanding sugar. Pour into a glass and garnish with lime and cranberries.
7 - SANTA CLAUSMOPOLITAN
All the presents are wrapped and now you deserve a Santa Claus. This fresh and tangy cocktail is the perfect way to unwind from holiday stress.
INGREDIENTS
25 cl of vodka
1 bottle of cranberry juice
10 cl of triple sec
10 cl of fresh lemon
15 cl of fresh cranberries
PREPARATION
Pass a wedge of lime around each glass then dip in the shortbread sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake until the shaker is cold.
Divide drinks into rimmed glasses and add cranberries for garnish.
