FORNASETTI FORNASETTI - Kiss color basket

Like all Fornasetti accessories, the paper basket is handcrafted using original artisan techniques. This piece is silk-screened by hand, painted by hand and covered with a smooth lacquer. The shape is still the same designed by Piero Fornasetti in the 1950s in metal and brass. The decoration features a snake holding the forbidden fruit in its jaws, and surrounded by hand painted leaves. It is inspired by the biblical original sin.
